Lowell Telecommunications Corporation

LTC invites eligible individuals and organizations to join us in the development and growth of our community-based media and technology center. In order to become a member of LTC, a person or organization must:

• Attend the Orientation class
• Complete a Membership Application Form
• Provide proof of Lowell residency or corporate address in Lowell
• Sign the Agreement with Rules and Procedures
• Pay the appropriate membership fee. (Applicants claiming cable subscriber fee rate must provide LTC with their latest cable bill.)
