Video Boost Startup Program Application

LTC is pleased to announce we are now accepting applications for our new Videographer Startup Boost Program. If you are interested in applying, please follow the following steps to insure that your application may be processed properly.  Please note that the deadline for applications is January 27, 2013 at midnight.

1. Download the application at http://ltc.org/sites/default/files/VSUB%20application%20with%20forms.pdf or with the link below
2. Open the application with Adobe Acrobat reader, you can find a free download here http://get.adobe.com/reader/
3. Fill out the form electronically (even though we will accept a handwritten application, doing it electronically will make the process easier for everyone involved).
4. Email all applications to Nary Tith at ntith@ltc.org or return the completed form to Nary Tith, LTC.org, 246 Market St., Lowell, MA 01852
