Member Representatives
Lowell Telecommunications Corporation (LTC) is seeking candidates to fill vacancies on its Board of Directors. Interested candidates should submit a letter of intent and a resume to the following address no later than Friday, November 30, 2007:

Letters of intent and resumes submitted after November 30th will not be considered. Each Director shall be elected for a term of two (2) years. The Nominating Committee shall be charged with the responsibility of compiling a slate of candidates from the correspondence submitted and presenting the list of candidates at the Annual Meeting to be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2007. In the event that the Nominating Committee fails to present a full slate of candidates to fill all elected vacancies on the Board, nominations will be accepted from the floor.
