LTC, through a partnership with the City of Lowell, is dedicated to providing citizens with gavel-to-gavel government coverage of city council meetings.

LIVE cablecast of meetings are aired weekly on Tuesdays starting at 6:30pm.

Replays are aired at the following times:

Sundays - 8pm
Wednesdays - 3pm
Wednesdays - 11pm
Fridays - 10am
Saturdays - 8pm

LTC Municipal Channel 10 also covers special meetings as designated by the City Manager's Office. Contact the Municipal Director at 978-458-5400.
