To view the streaming video on your Windows or Macintosh PC, you need Quicktime 7. Don't have Quicktime installed? It's a free download -- get it now!
If the video doesn't load, you only hear audio, or you get a message about a missing plugin, you need to upgrade to Quicktime 7.
